Can I have the inflatable inside?
Yes! As long as you have enough space inside it is suitable. The inflatable is 26 x 16 x 13 ft so please ensure there is plenty of space before booking.
How far away can the simulator be from the venue?
The inflatable simulator can be up to 50 metres away from the plug inside the venue. Please contact your venue if you are unsure how far the space is from the simulator. In some cases we can accommodate a larger distance between venue and simulator but this is evaluated case by case.
What happens if it rains or is windy on the day of my event?
At Swing Events, safety is our top priority. We can use flooring, tarp and increased safety measures in order to still provide a great service even if the weather isn't on your side! As well as a large number of golf umbrellas.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. In order to secure the inflatable golf simulator you will need to provide a 25% deposit (£250). Which will be deducted from the final invoice - due to be paid 1 month before the event.
